Contact Information: When reaching out to us, please do so by email only. We will respond in a timely manner of 1 to 3 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Refunds: No refunds. All products are final sales.

Cancellations: No cancellation of already processed orders.

Preorders: Preorders are not being currently offered.

Returns and Exchanges: Returns and or exchanges are not allowed unless you have received the wrong item(s) due to no fault of yours. To initiate a return or exchange due to no fault of yours, (see authorized returns below).

Authorized Returns: If you have received an incorrect item due to no fault of yours, please do not send your return to the address on your package.  This may not be our return address and will affect the processing of your return. First, you must notify us via email at shop@guhboutique.com within 3 days of delivery of your incorrect order. After notifying us within 3 days of delivery, we will notify you of the location to return the incorrect item(s) within 1 to 3 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Authorized returned item(s) must be in its unused condition with the original packing.
